Chuck Smith, Republican candidate for Virginia’s 3rd District, has opened a campaign office in the Greater Fulton Hill community at 5025 Government Road. His other campaign offices are in Portsmouth and Newport News. Mr. Smith made an impromptu appearance at the Greater Fulton Hill Civic Association on October 12. The campaign office brings additional commercial activity to our business district.
Chuck Smith is running against Democratic incumbent Bobby Scott for Virginia’s 3rd District seat in the US Congress.
