Bruce W. Tyler, Councilman, Richmond City Council, West End 1st District, will hold a meeting in the West End 1st District Tuesday, September 28, 2010, from 6:30-8PM at Mary Munford Elementary School (211 Westmoreland Street).

The meetings are free and all West End 1st District citizens are invited and encouraged to attend. This meeting will include:

* Public Safety Report on the West End 1st District, Richmond Police Department 3rd Precinct

* New Richmond Real Estate Tax Payment Schedule – Beginning Calendar Year 2011, our Richmond Real Estate Taxes will be divided into two collections per year instead of all at once. Half payments will be due January 14, 2011 and June 14, 2011. The Richmond Department of Finance will be on hand to discuss.
