A fight involving three women in Richmond’s East End led to one woman being cut by a knife and having bleach thrown in her face. […] Loney said the victim was largely uncooperative with police, and it was possible that only one of the combatants would face charges for the fight, which occurred at 9:37 last night in the 1500 block of Little Page Street.
