Republican gubernatorial candidate Bob McDonnell is hosting what’s being called a “Victory Tour Kick-Off Breakfast” Thursday morning at the Silver Diner in Innsbrook. The breakfast is the first in a whirlwind 25-stop tour McDonnell will take across the state in the last week before Election Day.
Bill Bolling, Republican candidate for Lieutenant Governor, and Ken Cuccinelli, Republican nominee for Attorney General, will also be at the event.
The former Attorney General of Virginia will conclude his campaign for governor with a 5-day dash across the Commonwealth. The “New Jobs, More Opportunities: It Starts Now!” statewide tour of Virginia will bring McDonnell to localities from Tazewell to Virginia Beach to Alexandria. McDonnell officially launched his gubernatorial campaign in March with his “New Jobs, More Opportunities” 6-day 22 stop tour of Virginia.
The breakfast will be held at 7:30 at the Innsbrook Silver Diner at the corner of West Broad Street and Cox Road. Those wishing to attend can call 612-9111 for ticket information or go to Bob McDonnell’s website.
