After much debate City Council, under direction of Councilman Hilbert, has voted to prohibit the roundabout at Laburnum and Hermitage.
This leaves the City with the options of: no left turns ever or relocating the AP Hill monument. The City will also not be reimbursed for the $75,000 spent on the design of the roundabout and has possible harmed our funding relationship with VDOT.
