Summary: Dispute between two females ended with one cutting the other. Assailant arrested.

Incident: Destruction of Property
Date: 18 August
Time: 2114
Location: 400 block St. Andrews Street
Summary: Police responded to what was believed to be juveniles attempting to steal trucks from the Water Dept. Once suspects were located, it was determined that they were deliberately crashing the vehicles into each other. One juvenile arrested; 4 returned to parents pending charges being filed.
