Buy fresh, organic eggs at the NRC! The hens producing the eggs have been hand-raised by Bob Corby, a carpenter from the United Brotherhood of Carpenters-Local 388. A board member and volunteer, Bob has been a central part of every phase of renovation at the NRC, including the new Cafe, where we’ll cook some of his delicious eggs.
Eggs are sold by the dozen in two sizes:
- Large/Extra Large Eggs $5
- Medium $3
The NRC Farmer’s Market is open on Tuesdays; otherwise, you can purchase eggs anytime by contacting the center at 864-5797 or by stopping by at 1519 Williamsburg Road, Richmond, VA 23231.
