The Hotel Sierra celebrated the opening of its 10th hotel in the U.S. with a July 9 lunch, cocktail party and open house at its new location behind Short Pump Town Center. With help from Heart of the Community Consulting, the Hotel Sierra Richmond West also raised funds for the Central Virginia Food Bank (CVFB).

Among the pool-side partygoers helping to collect donations were (left to right) Richard S. Schultz, executive vice president of FeedMore; Liz Thompson, vice president of sales for Lodgeworks; and Dirley L. Ball and Vicki Eastwood of Heart of the Community.
