Richmond Biz Sense reports that “Ciao” is moving into the old Soak location at 3031 W. Cary St.
I did a little investigative reporting on Commonwealth Commercial’s website, and found that they were asking $3,750 per month for the site, which, for 2,400 sq. ft, is only $18.75 per sq. ft. per year. With rumors of real estate in the $25s for Carytown, maybe prices are coming down.
The former “Home Gallery” and “Chandler’s” are both for rent as well, going for $20 and $19 each. They also have several lots in Cary Court going for $20 each.
