Police Search For Citgo Robbery Suspect

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police are searching for a man who robbed Citgo at 2730 East Hundred Road at about 9:20 p.m. on June 15. No one was injured during the robbery. A masked man entered the store, approached a clerk and demanded money at gunpoint. The suspect then approached another clerk at the counter and demanded money a second time. The clerk complied and called 911 in the presence of the suspect. The suspect pointed the gun at the clerk and pulled the trigger, but luckily the gun was either unloaded or misfired. The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect is a slender, black male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, and 180 pounds. He wore a black ski mask, a gray hooded sweatshirt with a black T-shirt underneath.
