Council On Aging To Offer Etiquette Course

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – The Chesterfield Council on Aging will offer a free course on disability etiquette Thursday, June 25, 9-10 a.m., at the Lucy Corr Village Multipurpose Room, 6800 Lucy Corr Blvd, Chesterfield. The course will teach a person-centered approach to interacting with individuals with disabilities. Instructor Kelly Hickok, community advocate for Resources Independent Living Inc., will use real-life circumstances to help participants build better relationships and increase their awareness of the needs of people with disabilities.
