The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports that the point-shaving scandal at the University of Toledo may involve a 2006 game played in the Virgin Islands in which the Rockets opponent was VCU. In this game played on Nov. 20, 2006, the Rockets defeated the Rams 60-59.

The [Toledo] players are accused of taking part in the alleged scheme by either affecting the outcomes of games, recruiting teammates to participate or by giving the two businessmen information so that they could place wagers on the games.
