20th Citizens Academy Class To Graduate

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Twenty-one citizens will graduate as part of the 20th class of the Chesterfield County Police Department Citizens Academy on Tuesday, April 21. The graduation ceremony will be held at 7 p.m. at the Eanes-Pittman Public Safety Training Center, 6610 Public Safety Way. County Administrator Jay Stegmaier will be the keynote speaker. A reception will immediately follow the ceremony. This celebratory event also marks the 10-year anniversary of this community outreach program. More than 500 residents have graduated from the program since it was established in 1999.
