1) March 28: The Alliance to Conserve Old Richmond Neighborhoods will be hosting a Tax Credit Workshop in which experts from the Virginia Department of Historic Resources and A.C.O.R.N.’s own specialists will teach you how to take advantage of rehabilitation tax credits on the renovation of your historic home.

2) April 29: Petersburg’s Dept. of Planning will host an information session on State & Federal Rehabilitation Tax Credits and the Local Rehabilitation Tax Abatement. Speakers will include Chris Novell, Tax Credit Specialist with the Virginia Department of HIstoric Resources and Randy Rush, City Assessor, City of Petersburg.


1) A.C.O.R.N. workshop details:

This workshop is FREE to A.C.O.R.N. Members and $20 to the General Public.  Proceeds benefit A.C.O.R.N. educational programs.

2) Petersburg Dept. of Planning workshop details:
