Pies of the pizza variety and pints of the beer variety coming to West Broad

Enjoy a pint of beer and slice of pizza pie.

CBRE|Richmond is pleased to announce that Pies & Pints leased 4,200 square feet of retail space at 2035 West Broad Street in Richmond.

Pies & Pints is a restaurant concept, founded in West Virginia, which focuses on artisan handmade pizzas and a unique variety of over 30 handcrafted beers on tap. The Richmond location will feature offerings from local breweries. The restaurant menu will also include items such as appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and desserts.

This restaurant space will include a roll up door facing West Broad Street and overlooking a spacious patio area. There will be a large bar, seated dining area, an open kitchen, and a beer garden.

This will be the first location in Richmond with further development expected in Virginia. Other Pies & Pints locations include West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky.

Kevin South represents the tenant throughout Virginia.
