Join us on Thursday, September 10th for RVANews Live #004–Out with the Old! We’re extremely excited to welcome Sarah Fought and Ana Edwards for two separate moderated discussions. Ms. Fought has penned two articles on the Marie Kondo decluttering method, which, if you’re not familiar, is much more life-altering than it sounds. Ms. Edwards is one of the most intriguing social activists in town and has so many inspiring and illuminating things to say about the issues of the way we ignore historical and traditional racism. She co-heads the Defenders of Freedom, Justice and Equality and, along with her husband, Phil Wilayto, have petitioned for the saving of Lumpin’s Jail site in Shockoe Bottom as well as a rerouting of the Big Bike Race™ course.
