Every Monday and Tuesday, something special happens at City Dogs.
At City Dogs, The Richmond Dog is a hot dog with mustard, onions, and chili on it. I don’t know why that’s a Richmond dog, but it is. Perhaps it represents a multi-layering of gravel, then brick, then hotels over historic sites? Oh, snap!
Anyway, every Monday (at the Downtown location) and every Tuesday (at the Fan location) Richmond Dogs are $1. And, you can substitute with a soy dog for $0.25 extra. AND vegan chili is available instead of carnivore chili.
