Coworking space Gather adding Scott’s Addition location
Area residents will have a new place to work on West Broad Street by the end of the year.

Small businesses that want to be part of Scott’s Addition boom-town feel will have a new office option.
Gather, a co-working space owned by Dodson Property Management, plans to open a location at 2920-30 W. Broad St. before the end of the year.
The 26,000-square-foot building will be renovated using about $2 million in historic tax credits.
All of the recent news of new restaurants, businesses, and other entities making the move to Scott’s Addition has created a snowball effect of sorts of additional businesses looking to set up shop in the fledgling neighborhood.
