Antoine Green of the Richmond Crusade for Voters has sent a letter out inviting area residents to consider joining the Crusade, and attending its next meeting. That meeting — at 7:00 p.m. on March 17 — will feature the Crusade’s quarterly City Council Forum:
The next Richmond Crusade for Voters meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. at our new home, the Letters Carrier Building, 2416 Chamberlayne Avenue. We will host our quarterly City Council Forum. All candidates for statewide office have been invited to attend.
Please be advised that your annual membership dues are $10.00. Your membership includes; a special membership card, full voting privileges, invitations to monthly meetings, special call meetings, and unlimited access to all RCV events. You must attend at least three meetings and have your dues paid to be eligible for full voting privileges.
