**ARREST MADE**Earlier this week, VCU Police investigators utilized video footage to help identify the person believed to be responsible for a series of bike larcenies around campus. Over a week-long period, the suspect cut cable locks and stole at least four bikes from racks around campus.

On Thursday, September 5, VCU Police working in conjunction with Henrico County Police arrested John Temple, 33, of Henrico County, in connection with this string of bike thefts. He has been charged with three felony counts of grand larceny, one count of felony petit larceny, and one count of possession of burglarious tools in connection with the bike thefts.
