City Council returns to action on Monday evening. They will be considering changes to the CARE service and an SUP for new houses on West Grace among other items (PDF).

Ord. No. 2013-170 (Patron: Mayor Jones, By Request) – To authorize the special use of the property known as 2620 West Grace Street for the purposes of four (4) two-family attached dwelling units and a parking area, upon certain terms and conditions.
