  1. Is there a theme? Not like, “what kind of costume should I wear” (obviously, we should each come dressed as our favorite character from the movie, Beerfest). I mean, does the food or beer follow a certain logic, origin, etc? I think anyone who likes both good food and drink is probably planning to come, but for those on the fence, a few more details might be enticing.

  2. The menu (which you can see by clicking on the above link) is all the info we have at this point. We’ll pass more along as it comes.

SOrry , about the delay! We are tracking down some final things we really really want for this beer dinner but aren’t sure we can get!
Alot of this beer dinner is just simply “Winter Vegetarian Beer Dinner” . We were influenced by lots of sources. I even believe the honey roasted radishes are a recipe of a local farmer friend of Paul’s. As always it will be a bountiful, festive and friendly get together. We hope you can make it!!

  4. We should have the list finalized early next week, depending on availability. My plan is to highlight mostly local and/or newer beers to the area, including possibly Stillwater and Blue Mountain. Foggy Ridge Cider will displace beer in the appetizer course, and the aperitif and dessert beers are both surprises right now.

I look forward to it. As Kendra said, it should be a great evening.

  5. Blue Mountain is awesome! Looking forward to this.
