Police investigating body found on North 2nd Street sidewalk

Richmond police are investigating a body found on a Richmond sidewalk early Wednesday morning.
The body was discovered around 7:45 a.m. on North 2nd Street near Hill Street. Police are now conducting a death investigation, but aren’t saying yet whether they believe foul play was involved.
