Councilman Hilbert hosting Northside 3rd District meeting

Chris A. Hilbert, Councilman, Richmond Northside 3rd Voter District is holding his a district-wide meeting for the Richmond Northside 3rd Voter District on Wednesday, September, 24th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 Pm at the Pine Camp Recreation Center (4901 Brook Road).
As usual there will be guest speakers. This week guests:
- Sgt. Brian Prendergast, Sector Commander, RPD
- Michelle R. Mosby, Councilwoman 9th District – Discussion on her Vision, Goals and Projects: As they relate to her Richmond Voter District and the City as a whole
