Cider Snob visits Blue Bee Cider

A short review and pictorial.

With a name like Cider Snob Notes you know expectations will be high and Blue Bee Cider lives up to those expectations. Check out the full post for more pictures and a nice write up of the Manchester cider maker.

One of Blue Bee’s ciders, the “Charred Ordinary” pays tribute to this history with it’s use of heirloom apple varieties and a dry, traditional finish. The carbonation is just right with this one and the taste is crisp but complex enough to enjoy sipping.
