Taking our inspiration from the upcoming VMFA exhibit “Hollywood Costume,” our production will be set in the 1930’s, evoking the best of Hollywood’s screwball comedies and glamorous musicals, gangster movies–even Marx Brothers! This beloved Shakespeare comedy about men, women, power, and love will charm and enchant you.
