Spiral Noodle coming to former Yapple space
Froyo gives way to noodles in Carytown.
There are an ever-increasing number of noodle bars and ramen spots around town, and yet another is on the way.
The spot that once housed the embattled Yapple Yogurt (which closed in 2013, reopened, and then closed again permanently in 2014) will soon offer up customized noodle bowls as Spiral Noodle.
Owner Jenny Lin, who learned all she knows about the art of the noodle from her uncle, a top chef in Hong Kong, is bringing his flavors to Carytown.
The spot is expected to open in late March or early April.
