Triple shooting on Coalter Street one dead
Incident occurred around 1:25 AM Sunday morning.

The Richmond Police Department is investigating the shooting of three individuals in the East End this morning that resulted in a homicide.
At approximately 1:25 a.m. (Sunday morning), officers were called to the 1400 block of Coalter Street for the report of shots fired.
Officers arrived and found three males in the area of Coalter and Redd streets suffering from gunshot wounds. One male was pronounced dead at the scene while two other males were transported to VCU Medical Center with injuries that are not considered life threatening.
Detectives are asking anyone with information about this incident to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000 or text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both methods are anonymous.
