Richmond firefighters rescued two boaters Tuesday after they became stuck on the rocks in the James River.
River rescue crews were called about 7:15 p.m. to the area near the Tredegar Street boat landing, Richmond Fire Department spokesman Lt. Chris Armstrong said.
