Former U.S. Congressman will give VCU commencement speech
Former Oklahoma congressman, J.C. Watts, Jr., will be delivering this year’s featured address at next month’s VCU commencement ceremony. Watts served in Congress from 1995 to 2002. After serving two terms, Watts was selected to serve as chairman of the Republican Conference, the fourth-ranking leadership position in the House of Representatives.
