Haven’t heard about Wong Gonzalez? Well according to Richmond Magazine who got a special secret preview it’s as the name implies Mexican-Chinese fusion.
An example of this fusion (a word that honestly makes me twitch) from Wong himself in the form of Fiesta Chicken Bites and Crispy Crab Taco.
