  • Mixed Greens: Tomatoes, carrots, Cucumbers, Bermuda onion, choice of dressing
  • Classic Caesar: Sourdough croutons, alici anchovies
  • Sesame Seared Tuna: Ponzu sauce, ginger, green onion, wakame salad
  • Virginia “Buffalo Fried” Oysters: cayenne vinaigrette, blue cheese dressing, pickled celery
  • Spinach and Artichoke dip: Citrus soy dipping sauce, glass noodles

Course Two

Choose one

  • Miso Glazed Salmon: Orange blossom sticky rice, baby bok choy, soy reduction
  • Blackened Mahi-Mahi: Tropical fruit salsa, sautéed Spinach, Coconut Risotto, plantain chips
  • Shrimp and Grits: Sautéed shrimp, Smoked bacon, mushrooms, garlic scallion and Byrds Mill grits
  • Pan Seared Crab Cakes: Chesapeake remoulade, whipped potatoes, asparagus, micro greens
  • Grilled Pork Chop: Whipped potatoes, whiskey buttered apples, sautéed spinach cider reduction
  • Cast Iron Seared Petit Mignon: Whipped potatoes, asparagus, herb-garlic butter
  • Vegetarian Trio: mascarpone polenta cake, cremini mushrooms, fried green tomato with Arugula- corn salad: parmesan roasted asparagus

Course Three

Choose one

  • Crème Brulee: With caramelized sugar topped with fresh berries
  • Coconut Custard Pie: With graham cracker crust, toasted coconut, whipped cream
  • Key Lime Pie: Graham cracker crust and fresh whipped cream
