- Mixed Greens: Tomatoes, carrots, Cucumbers, Bermuda onion, choice of dressing
- Classic Caesar: Sourdough croutons, alici anchovies
- Sesame Seared Tuna: Ponzu sauce, ginger, green onion, wakame salad
- Virginia “Buffalo Fried” Oysters: cayenne vinaigrette, blue cheese dressing, pickled celery
- Spinach and Artichoke dip: Citrus soy dipping sauce, glass noodles
Course Two
Choose one
- Miso Glazed Salmon: Orange blossom sticky rice, baby bok choy, soy reduction
- Blackened Mahi-Mahi: Tropical fruit salsa, sautéed Spinach, Coconut Risotto, plantain chips
- Shrimp and Grits: Sautéed shrimp, Smoked bacon, mushrooms, garlic scallion and Byrds Mill grits
- Pan Seared Crab Cakes: Chesapeake remoulade, whipped potatoes, asparagus, micro greens
- Grilled Pork Chop: Whipped potatoes, whiskey buttered apples, sautéed spinach cider reduction
- Cast Iron Seared Petit Mignon: Whipped potatoes, asparagus, herb-garlic butter
- Vegetarian Trio: mascarpone polenta cake, cremini mushrooms, fried green tomato with Arugula- corn salad: parmesan roasted asparagus
Course Three
Choose one
- Crème Brulee: With caramelized sugar topped with fresh berries
- Coconut Custard Pie: With graham cracker crust, toasted coconut, whipped cream
- Key Lime Pie: Graham cracker crust and fresh whipped cream
