  • Pickled shrimp salad pickled shrimp over mixed greens, sungold tomatoes and sweet corn with a basil sherry vinaigrette
  • Roasted cauliflower soup Garnished with truffle oil and foccacia croutons
  • Fried jambalaya fritters shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage with creole sauce
  • Pork rillettes made with pork belly and shoulder served with a micro greens salad and diced apples with fresh lemon
  • Summer squash croquettes breaded and fried and served with a honey dijon dipping sauce

Course Two

Choose one

  • Blackened shrimp gumbo our house specialty, blackened shrimp served over crawfish, chicken and andouille sausage gumbo with rice
  • Pecan crusted trout pan seared and topped with apple chutney and served with wild rice and citrus grilled asparagus
  • Grilled 6 oz ribeye served with honey-glazed carrots, garlic mashed potatoes and a port wine reduction
  • Roasted stuffed pork loin 6 oz of pork loin stuffed with dried cherries and rosemary served with kale, grit cake and a pork au jus
  • Vegetable paella mushrooms, summer squash, bell peppers, sweet corn, saffron and Arborio rice

  • Chocolate bourbon pecan pie
