- Pickled shrimp salad pickled shrimp over mixed greens, sungold tomatoes and sweet corn with a basil sherry vinaigrette
- Roasted cauliflower soup Garnished with truffle oil and foccacia croutons
- Fried jambalaya fritters shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage with creole sauce
- Pork rillettes made with pork belly and shoulder served with a micro greens salad and diced apples with fresh lemon
- Summer squash croquettes breaded and fried and served with a honey dijon dipping sauce
Course Two
Choose one
- Blackened shrimp gumbo our house specialty, blackened shrimp served over crawfish, chicken and andouille sausage gumbo with rice
- Pecan crusted trout pan seared and topped with apple chutney and served with wild rice and citrus grilled asparagus
- Grilled 6 oz ribeye served with honey-glazed carrots, garlic mashed potatoes and a port wine reduction
- Roasted stuffed pork loin 6 oz of pork loin stuffed with dried cherries and rosemary served with kale, grit cake and a pork au jus
- Vegetable paella mushrooms, summer squash, bell peppers, sweet corn, saffron and Arborio rice

- Cinnamon bread pudding a la mode
- Chocolate bourbon pecan pie
- Raspberry sorbet
