- 6oz Sirloin: Finished with a Roquefort Sauce. Served with Yukon Chive Whipped Potatoes and sauteed Baby Spinach. Garnished with Fried Carrots.
- Stuffed Nigerian Tiger Shrimp: Served on a bed of Wild Rice and Arugula.
- Seared Pork Tenderloin: Finished with a Red Wine & Fig Gastrique. Served with Braised Cabbage and Pears with sauteed Baby Carrots.
- Pan Seared Chicken Breast: Finished with a Chasseur Sauce. Served with Spring Vegetables.
