Course One

Choose three starters, or one starter and one entrée

  • Caesar Salad: crouton, white anchovy, balsamic reduction
  • Stuffed Piquillo Peppers: Calaspara rice, goat cheese, orange, fresh herbs
  • Wild Mushroom Flatbread: arugula, grilled red onion, truffle oil, fontina cheese
  • Hummus du Jour: grilled pita bread, pickled vegetables, olives
  • Garlic Shrimp: shrimp sautéed in olive oil with garlic and lime
  • Sautéed Clams and Mussels: bacon, white wine, gorgonzola
  • Seared Rare Tuna: raisin caper tapenade cilantro crème fraiche
  • Fried Calamari: smoked tomato poblano sauce, pickled bell peppers
  • Beef Hangar Kebobs: sesame, honey tahini sauce
  • Bacon Wrapped Dates: spicy pepper jam
  • Spanish Meats and Cheeses: a selection of all

Course Two

Choose one

  • Zuppa de Pesce: scallops, shrimp, shellfish, saffron herb broth
  • Sautéed Soft Shells: heirloom tomato, caper and basil relish over fettuccine tossed with la picada sauce
  • Roasted Half Chicken: celery root mash, baby carrots, patty pan squash, pan jus
  • Grilled Hangar Steak: fingerling potatoes, arugula, gorgonzola cream
  • Rack of Lamb: saffron orechetti, roasted root vegetables and pomegranate honey glaze
  • Pasta Gorgonzola: penne, sweet peas, roasted piquillo peppers, fresh herbs
