- Roasted Red Pepper Bisque
- Mixed Green Salad: mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, almonds, smoked gouda and roasted pepper vinaigrette
- Tomato and Mozzarella Bruchetta: grilled focaccia, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and balsamic reduction
- Hummus Duo: edamame and roasted pepper hummus, vegetables and toasted pita bread
- Lobster Dip: lobster meat, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, cream cheese, fresh dill and fried tortillas
- Sesame Seared Rare Tuna: seaweed salad, pickled ginger, wasabi, soy glaze
- Flash Fried Calamari: spicy honey, rum and lime dipping
- Thai Grilled Chicken Lettuce Wraps: coconut curry noodles, julienned vegetables, sweet cilantro vinaigrette and spicy pepper sauce
Course Two

- Fish Tacos: blackened mahi mahi, pickled vegetables, avocado, black bean corn relish and chipotle aioli
- Low Country Shrimp and Grits: Surry county sausage, charred tomato-fennel sauce and Byrd’s Mill grits
- Lobster Macaroni and Cheese: Vermont white cheddar, bacon, chopped chives
- Crab Cakes: Chesapeake remoulade, asparagus, herb roasted potatoes
- Herb Roasted ½ Chicken: lemon herb pan sauce, garlic spinach, mashed potatoes
- Grilled Petit Filet Mignon: red wine reduction, grilled asparagus, herb mashed potatoes
- Vegetarian Risotto: tomatoes, broccolini, caramelized onions, garlic and herb risotto
