  • Pan-seared market seafood selection with coconut milk-thai red curry sauce, wakame-pineapple-cucumber salad, basmati rice and crispy noodles
  • Local grits with sautéed shrimp, Edwards sausage and V-7 broth
  • Chicken pot pie: braised chicken with spring vegetables, foe gras-poultry sauce and puff pasty
  • Grilled tavern steak with truffled celery root mash and red wine sauce
