Overall crime is down in Sector 111

Lt. Dan Minton’s Sector 111 newsletter is out.

Lt. Dan Minton released the newsletter for Sector 111, which includes Union Hill, Oakwood, Fulton, Church Hill, Church Hill North and Chimborazo.

Here are some highlights:

There have been six more violent crimes so far this year compared to the same period last year.
This May more violent crimes were committed than May of 2013.
Robberies and Aggravated Assaults are also up from last year.
Compared this time last year, Property crime is down (by 9%).
Total crime in Sector 111 has is down by 5%

The newsletter also includes photos and information related to drug-related arrests made at Yonnie’s Barbershop in Fulton.
