2nd District

The North Central 2nd District stretches across the center of Richmond east to west, from Scott's Addition to Jackson Ward. Includes a bit of Northside at Hermatage to Laburnum, Carver, Monroe Ward, and the Fan north of Floyd. At 68%, the district is the 2nd whitest of Richmond's 3 majority-white districts. Only 61% of the population of voting age are registered to vote (tied for worst in the city with the 9th District).
