Progress made in Tyler Binsted case

The Times-Dispatch is reporting that Richmond prosecutors are seeking an indictment against 19-year-old Zsabriela Evelyn Williams for her role in the March 2008 robbery and murder of VCU student Tyler Binsted. Another female, LaPrecious Nicole Austin is also being charge with conspiracy to commit robbery for her role in the crime.

Richmond police made their first arrest shortly after Binsted’s death when they took 17-year-old Howard Reed Scott III into custody. Reports then were suggesting that they were looking for another suspect, a 13 to 15-year old male who went by the name of “Pete.
