District 5 city council representative arrested near Byrd Park early this morning…
According to an email issued by the Richmond Police Department’s Public Affairs Unit, Marty Jewell, councilman for District 5, was arrested at 1:30am this morning near Byrd Park for driving under the influence.
No additional details are being released.
