As Bellytimber Tavern (formerly The Border Chophouse and Bar) opens its doors, the Ed Trask mural that’s been on the side of 1501 W. Main Street since 1999 is being covered up.

As Bellytimber Tavern (formerly The Border Chophouse and Bar) opens its doors, the Ed Trask mural that’s been on the side of 1501 W. Main Street since 1999 is being covered up.

While we’re excited about the new restaurant, it is a bit sad to see this go.

  2. I really hope so. They left the “Trask ’99” up there (at least as of Wednesday), but maybe he’s got something in the works.
