There is a label in my Gmail entitled “things to take a look at”, most of the time I never actually take the time to do any looking. BUT as I was digging around today I found some winners. Here is a list (from the New York Times) of 101 simple meals ready in 10 minutes or less…HERE!!!

This list was awesome. I am choosing one of the prosciutto or mussels ones tonight. I will probably choose something with prosciutto, because there is less chance of me giving my wife food poisoning. Always a good thing.
