We’re expecting highs around 100 degrees for the next three days. Luckily, the City of Richmond has opened three cooling shelters around town:
- Southside Community Center, 4100 Hull Street Road
- Department of Social Services, 900 East Marshall Street
- East District Center, 701 North 25th Street
These centers will be open from 8am to 5pm today, tomorrow, and Wednesday. Bottled water will be provided. Service pets only.
