The brains behind Mashable have declared Wednesday, June 30 (that’s tomorrow!) to be Social Media Day, a day “to celebrate the revolution of media becoming social.” Well, what else did you think it meant?
As of now, 584 meet-ups have been arranged around the world so folks can get together and connect with their local, social media community.
Richmond’s Social Media Day meet-up (hosted by Fahrenheit Emerging Media) is taking place at 7pm at Capital Ale House (623 E. Main Street). Head on over to the event’s site to get more details, RSVP, and find out who else will be there.
