The 26th Annual Carytown Watermelon Festival is this Sunday, August 9th! Here’s some basic info to help you make the most of the day…

Hours & cost

  • The Watermelon Festival runs from 10am to 6pm.
  • There is no cost to get in, but food and other items do cost money, so bring cash. ATMs are located around Carytown.

Parking

  • Parking is available in various parking decks located along side streets off of Cary. There is additional parking at UR Stadium on McCloy. You can also park on neighborhood streets in the Museum District as well as in Carytown South (Parkwood, Grayland, etc.)

    Not in decks but set up close to festival on streets?
