Tobacco Company announces new dinner menu

The Tobacco Company Restaurant, proudly celebrating 33 years as Richmond’s landmark dining and entertainment venue, is pleased to announce the launch of our exciting new dinner menu.

The Tobacco Company Restaurant, proudly celebrating 33 years as Richmond’s landmark dining and entertainment venue, is pleased to announce the launch of our exciting new dinner menu.

Newly appointed Executive Chef Grady Wilder has roots in the Richmond area but uses his classical French training from New York City to add a twist to Company favorites as well as a minimum of five different cuts of Certified Angus Beef offered nightly. This affordable menu introduces a collection of locally inspired salads, inventive seafood creations, and mouth watering house specialties.

Here are some goodies you can expect on the new menu:

Manchego & Serrano Ham Fritters served with red pepper coulis — $10.95
Fried Yellow Tomatoes with shaved fennel salad and avocado vinaigrette — $6.95

The Wedge with Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette, Applewood Bacon and Tomato Relish — $6.95
Baby Arugula Salad with Chevre Cheese, Balsamic Reduction and EVOO — $6.95

Braised C.A.B. & Pork Lasagna with Mozzarella, Fontina & Ricotta Cheeses — $19.95
