Dedication Ceremony of Walter Gaines Memorial Park on September 11th
The park was named in honor of the late Walter Gaines, Jr. in appreciation for nearly 60 years of Public and Community Service on behalf of his country, city and neighborhood. Mr. Gaines passed in 2013.
