Cafe Diem gets the axe, Rowland Fine Dining gets a new menu, and RVA gets hungry for Restaurant Week
Last week it was Mulligan’s in the Fan, now Cafe Diem has had its doors shuttered by a property manager. But even with one less restaurant in town, there are 34 others gearing up for Monday’s start to Restaurant Week.
