This past weekend, the Greater Richmond Convention Center (or at least Ballroom C) was filled to brimming with tattooers, enthusiasts, and the cicada-like thrum of hundreds of tattoo machines working their ways across yards and yards of skin.
This 5 Things is completely holiday free, and if all goes as planned, you’ll start next week with new ink stuck in your skin and the tune from a classic musical or a light-hearted opera stuck in your head.
This weekend is all about people who are good with their hands. Playing the piano, inking up a pectoral, chopping up vegetables, and braiding a beard–time your weekend well and you could take advantage of it all.
